Pacific-Islander

I had a visitor from Fiji, whose delightful blog I just really want to introduce to you all: Pacific-Islander. Is the full moon as beautiful there as it is here...?

Thanks for the link! Yes, the moon is just as beautiful, perhaps more so as the air is cleaner. Moonlight reflected on the calm sea has a dreamlike quality.

Thanks for teh comment!

I loved the illustrations. Who is the artist? If you have high resolution images, let me know.

I do have higher resolution images here somewhere. I will look for them.

The artist is Robert Lee Eskridge and are illustrations from a book he that wrote, published in 1931, about his journey to some islands in the South Pacific, "Manga Reva the Forgotten Islands".

I wrote about Eskridge in a post -
The Forgotten Islands"

Thanks.
