There have been massive protests recently against the American military bases in Japan. Note the funny protest sign - with a setsubun-inspired message:
福は内〜！平和は内〜！基地は外〜！！
グアムに沖縄に日本に米軍基地は居坐るな！迷惑だ！帰ってくれ！！

I love it.
And rather than send them back to the USA, let them lay down their arms and disband. Guam, Saipan, Hawaii - they don't need them either. Go home, plant a garden, and live in peace.
