That particular book is depression-inducing like no other book I have ever read. I disagree with most of what he says too. Beauty is in the beholder, anyway.
Alex Kerr's book might have made me depressed if I had taken the time to stop laughing at his narcissistic rants. He really went off the deep end IMHO.
